What happens after I subscribe?
You will get an invite to a private Slack channel where we’ll make the introductions and kick off your project. After that, we will invite you to a dedicated Trello board where we can closely monitor the progress of the designs.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Anytime you want! You are free to decide when to subscribe and cancel your subscription.
We use Stripe for the payments.
What if I don’t like the designs?
No worries! We will be more than happy to revise the work until you’re satisfied with the outcome.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide refunds but we do whatever we can to make sure you’re satisfied with our services.
How fast can you deliver?
Because we’re 2 designers on the team, this allows us to deliver projects at a higher speed than average. Of course, the duration depends on the scale of your project, but we can deliver faster in this format.
How do I add tasks?
As you prefer! You can message us on Slack, email, async video, or add a ticket directly to our Trello board.
Why wouldn't I hire a full-time designer?
Hiring a full-time designer is a long process that comes with high salaries. That’s a great choice if you have a long-term roadmap set and your product needs constant design support.
Who will I work with?
You can choose between Valentin and Cristian. The idea is that we’ll both work on your project but one will always lead it and the other will support when needed. This format will 2x the speed of delivery.
The lead will be your main touchpoint with us and he will be responsible for the whole vision, delivery of the project, and also the main communication.
How soon can we start collaborating?
Yesterday! We can pick up any pending requests you have so we can deliver the designs for you ASAP.

Anything from early-stage startups, scaleups, and even other agencies.
What tools do you use for design?
We use Figma as a main design tool. But we can adapt according to your toolkit.
